there is a problem with your configuration file, webapp-config tried to read the variable "config_protect", received the following error, bad value substitution, section: [USER], option : config_protect, key : nxdir, rawval : /etc

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge joomla
2.emerge phpmyadmin
3.emerge metadot

Actual Results:  
read description

Expected Results:  
should have emerged
