Section 11 of the instructions requires you to set the timezone link after 
unpacking the stages in Section 8. /usr/share/zoneinfo isn't in that tarball. It 
*might* be put in by emerge sync in 9 (I didn't install it that way) . 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. tar xjpvf stage1-iso.bz2 
2. /usr/share/zoneinfo isn't there. 
3. 
Actual Results:  
the ln -sf fails. 

Expected Results:  
either include timezone in iso or move it till after bootstrapping ?
