I receive the following on ebuilds that contain KEYWORDS=""

RepoMan scours the neighborhood...
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/repoman", line 1050, in ?
    del keyword, bad_stable_keywords
NameError: name 'keyword' is not defined                                [ !! ]

Reproducible: Always

This is fixed in svn r5817.
