The merge attempts to download orinoco-0.11b-patch.diff, and the mirrors resond that the file does not exist. The mirrors are ftp.gtlib.cc.gatech.edu, gentoo.oregonstate.edu, and ftp.ibiblio.org. They all report the same failure. I checked each via ncftp, and I could not find orinoco-0.11b-patch.diff. there was a -0.11a-patch.diff and a 0.12b-patch.diff. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.emerge pcmcia-cs 2. 3. Actual Results: Mirrors respond that the file orinoco-0.11b-patch.diff does not exist. Expected Results: It should have found the file and downloaded it, allowing the ebuild to continue. The error was on another machine, and I cannot paste it, and typing it would be far too time consuming.
the patches should be propogating to mirrors within the hour. portage should have grabbed the patch from http://airsnort.shmoo.com if not finding it on the portage mirrors, but oh well. let me know if this doesn't fix the problem
