psemu-padxwin plugin saves and loads "padXwin.cfg" file in $HOME directory while should be better if it uses emulator cfg directory.

1.6-config-cfgpath.patch

with this patch it saves and loads "cfg/padXwin.cfg" file from working directory, so, using pcsx, it saves and loads "$HOME/.pcsx/cfg/padXwin.cfg"
