Description SpanKY gentoo-dev 2007-01-06 16:24:51 UTC
i think we're beyond having to force everyone to have this search ... no one uses it anyways
Comment 1 Robin Johnson archtester Gentoo Infrastructure gentoo-dev Security 2007-01-06 16:38:29 UTC
actually, there were a number of folk that wanted it tuned slightly and kept.
maybe make it configurable?
Comment 2 Jakub Moc (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2007-01-06 16:50:00 UTC
Well, considering that's an out-of-the-box way to search for unassigned open bugs... I also know about quite a couple of people using it.

Anyway, if you decide to drop it, please paste the predefined query in here so that people can re-add it without much experimenting. Thanks.
Comment 3 Robin Johnson archtester Gentoo Infrastructure gentoo-dev Security 2007-01-06 16:51:08 UTC
i use it myself as well, so I'm not in favour of dropping it.
Comment 4 SpanKY gentoo-dev 2007-01-06 17:23:26 UTC
so make it configurable
Comment 5 Simon Stelling (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2007-01-07 02:47:33 UTC
I'm with vapier on this, I want to be able to disable a query that I never use anyway

http://bugs.gentoo.org/buglist.cgi?query_format=advanced&bug_status=UNCONFIRMED&bug_status=NEW&bug_status=ASSIGNED&bug_status=REOPENED&emailassigned_to1=1&emailtype1=exact&email1=bug-wranglers%40gentoo.org
It's actually dead-simple: Search for all open bugs where the assignee is bug-wranglers@g.o. Nothing you couldn't reproduce within seconds without even thinking about it.

how about if I move it from the footer to the front page?
and then anybod wanting it in their footer should add it themselves.
Comment 8 SpanKY gentoo-dev 2007-02-01 04:35:37 UTC
that'd be useful i think ... new bugzilla is very convenient when it comes to saving searches

It can be disabled now in https://bugs.gentoo.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=saved-searches
