when remooving or adding a user to a group with:
gpasswd -a username plugdev
gtkam doesn't work after that but after restarting it work
same with gpasswd -d:
after gpasswd -d it still work
i need to restart the computer
i restarted the aplication for the testing and i don't have prelinking

just logout and login again (after making sure that nscd isn't caching the old info for too long).
that's how NSS data sources work.
