improved vlc 0.5.1 ebuild

Noticed the newest in portage was 0.4.6 so i started hacking on a new version
(my first ebuild) for 0.5.1 before i found this bug. i checked out the existing
0.5.1 ebuild and noticed mine supported more features from the new builds.
1) added support for ffmpeg and xvid codecs 
2) changed around so more optional stuff was available via USE and made some
stuff that was before required optional via USE and fixed the frame buffer
support to check for fbcon instead of directfb in use
3) random extra stuff like aalib.

i ripped updated src_unpack()  code from the existing 0.5.1 ebuild and applied
it to my version.

Also i broke emake support so this just uses normal make cant work out why so i
can only assume the additional options require standard make but if someone who
knows what they are doing could take a look incase i did something stupid.
