Hi!
In the new kernel 2.6.19 sources the file include/linux/config.h has been removed, in previous kernel was there just for backward compatibility, but qc-usb still includes it, so compilation fails.

Other packages have already a specific patch for this issue, like:
x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers/files/NVIDIA_kernel-2.6.19.patch
x11-drivers/nvidia-legacy-drivers/files/NVIDIA_kernel-2.6.19.patch
app-misc/lirc/files/lirc-0.8.0-kernel-2.6.19.diff
app-laptop/acerhk/files/kernel-2.6.19-config.h.patch
net-dialup/misdn/files/misdn-1.0.4-kernel-2.6.19.patch
net-dialup/slmodem/files/slmodem-2.9.11-kernel-2.6.19.patch

I think a similar patch has to be made also for media-video/qc-usb
