Hello,

I would like to see Monkey's Audio Codec in Gentoo ...

There is a little license issue, but since there is explicitly written "The Monkey's Audio SDK and source code can be freely used to add APE format playback, encoding, or tagging support to any product, free or commercial.", I do not see any problem in adding this to the distro ... maybe with changing the fake LGPL entry to some custom value.

The ebuild is taken from Fantoo, I just upgraded the version because the previous one does not compile on AMD64. Works fine for me (both AMD64 and x86).
