ebuild is in overlay: http://overlays.gentoo.org/proj/java/browser/migrated-java-experimental-overlay/dev-db/apgdiff

It works except tests that are not working because I do not know how to write the ebuild so it uses junit-4. Because of the tests it depends on ant-1.7.0.
