Here is an ebuild for jack_capture, a no fuss program to capture the audio playing out your speakers when use the jack-audio-connection-kit. There doesn't seem to be an official homepage for it, so I just put the directory listing where you can find the source. I figure media-sound/jack_capture would be a good place for this ebuild, and it depends on media-sound/jack-audio-connection-kit and media-libs/libsndfile.
