I have just created ebuild for cgixx 1.07. It a C++ library for writing CGI programs.
NOTICE: please fix the "LICENSE" field, because I'm not sure what to put there... There is a LICENSE file in the source tarball itself, but there is no name of license mentioned, and grep in the gentoo's license set would return hundreds of similar ones.
