The docs state:

"We need the build tarball available, which could be downloaded separately, 
extracted from a build cd, or extracted from a build .iso. "

I'm not sure what a 'build iso' is, or where to find one.  I think the docs 
should say either:  "use a live cd", or 'find your build isos HERE', with a 
link to a source for said build isos.
