FFTW is a C subroutine library for computing the Discrete Fourier Transform
(DFT) in one or more dimensions, of both real and complex data, and of arbitrary
input size.

hi there. fftw-2.1.3 already appears in dev-libs. is there something wrong with the existing ebuild, you seek to correct with this one?
