make.conf.example is an example, not a manual

if anything, i think we should cut a bunch of the less-common things and add a comment to tell people to read `man make.conf` for the full list

We really need to merge make.conf(5) and make.conf.example some day.

Well, except that make.conf(5) isn't complete either and at least I prefer editing make.conf.example (*roff sucks).

This is in svn r5544 and has been released in 2.1.2_rc4-r9.
