I did 'emerge --newuse sys-power/nut' after adding the 'cgi' USE flag in /etc/portage/package.use. 'equery uses sys-power/nut' reports that the package was installed with this flag. But neither the files in /usr/share/nut nor the ewarning defined in the ebuild show up.
