A few days ago I upgraded Gnome to 2.16 version. I use Fluxbox as a window manager, and I wanted to add an entry to the fluxbox menu using fluxconf/fluxmenu. When I tried to save the changes, fluxconf segfaulted and saved a zero length file instead, trashing completely my carefully hand-crafted menu file (No recent back-ups :( ). I used originally the 0.9.9 version from bug #138678, tried to re-emerge it, it compiled without errors but again, crashed with a 'segmentation fault' and lost the menu file on save. Next I downgraded to 0.9.8 which is in portage; always the same result, segfault and loss of data on save. Obviously fluxconf-0.9.8/0.9.9 doesn't work properly with gtk+-2.10.6 and/or other newer gnome packages.
