Here is an ebuild for wxwidgets-2.7.0 (I have just installed it, but not made any tests). Please try it out and modify it to contain changes (it's build from the 2.6.3 ebuild).

Here it is, as said. Not with a lot of fancy new stuff. Just copied from 2.6.3 and slightly modified.
