Scrollkeeper (both 0.3.14-r1 and 0.3.14-r2) don't list readline as a dependency, yet they both require /lib/libhistory.so.4 provided by readline-4.3. When installing a standard stage 3 installation, then trying to emerge Gnome, readline-5.1 is installed, which doesn't provide libhistory.so.4. This blocks the installation of Gnome, unless readline-5.1 is uninstalled, and 4.3 is installed. Either a dependency of readline<5.0 should be added to scrollkeeper's ebuild, or Scrollkeeper should be updated to make use of the new version of readline.
