The GUI tools for MySQL mysql-administrator and mysql-query-browser have both been released as versions 1.2.
Don't restrict bugs without any reason. Just leave the checkboxes alone please.
Sorry, my mistake. :-(
I already have an ebuild of msql-gui-tools-5.0 in my overlay, but I'm still working on integrating MySQL Workbench.

Created attachment 97270 [details] mysql-gui-tools-5.0_p3.ebuild
Created attachment 97271 [details, diff] 5.0_p3-lua-modules.patch
(In reply to comment #5) > Created an attachment (id=97270) [edit] > mysql-gui-tools-5.0_p3.ebuild Thank you. I could not build the tools at once. I noticed in your ebuild that >mysql-5* is a requirement. However, I have 4.1.21 installed and changed this RDEPEND to match 4.1*. There is an additional RDEPEND, sys-libs/libtermcap-compat is necessary for build, so add this one also. I built the tools with the following USE flags: USE="gtk nls -java -php -python" It seems to work ok with version 4.1. However, extended testing is necessary.
I didn't try 4.1, 5.0 is the version the gui-tools Build-HowTo mentions. Administrator and Query Browser should be working fine in this version, I'm thinking about commiting the ebuild without Workbench enabled and resolve the issues later, when I've got some time.
