I gave some lovin' to qpopper. This fixes quite a few bugs (#106367 #145069 and probably #120472). Changes: 1) Added local apop use flag, and makes use of it 2) Creates the pop user rather than having the user do it 3) Cleans up econf handling 4) Adds --enable-shy to hide version number in banner 5) If ! xinetd, installs an init script 6) Works out of the box with ssl now (it did not before- ssl cert in wrong place) 7) Installs and uses a config file 8) Doesn't need qpopper-files.tar.bz2 on the mirrors anymore (the tiny files are now in ${FILESDIR}, and the admin guide is downloaded from the website) (I'm not attaching a patch for it since it's so trivial, but when committing this, don't forget to add the entry to use.local.desc for apop)

Just a note that version 4.0.14 was released: ftp://ftp.qualcomm.com/eudora/servers/unix/popper/qpopper4.0.14.tar.gz
Thank you for your work Mike. All of your work was included in qpopper-4.0.14.ebuild. I've changed some things, like certificate creation - it'll be handled by ssl-cert.eclass. Any way thank you. Hm.. And looks that I missed that new version is qpopper-4.0.16 (I had trobles with ftp at times I worked on ebuild, thus I just noticed comment #6 :). So I need to do another bump right now.
Ok, and finally net-mail/qpopper-4.0.16 is in the tree. Fixed.
