It looks like soffice is trying to load a 32 bit library on a 64 bit system. I would be happy to install the 32 bit library on my 64 bit system, but there are no instructions on how to do so, short of creating a complete chroot jail. Perhaps, if openoffice-bin only works on 32 bit machines, it should be masked for AMD64. If there is a way to make it work on the AMD64 architecture, the dependancies should be updated and/or a document describing how to make it work on the AMD64 architecture should be included. I have been doing more searching, and it looks like libXcomp.so.1 should have been part of app-emulation/emul-linux-x86-xlibs-7.0-r2, but it is not.
