Hi all, I was looking for fonts lile "|N" and found doublestroke on ctan. You can also use \mathbb{...} for that, but its ugly. I tried to create an ebuild, but it's ugly as well. a) I can't tell what the license is. The readme says: "You may use and distribute these fonts as you like. You may modify these fonts as long as you do not rename the files to one of those names that Donald E. Knuth chose for the Computer Modern fonts. (And seriously, who would want to do that?)" I labeled it "as-is" for now. b) In order to use the PostScript fonts properly I had to edit /usr/share/texmf/pdftex/config/pdftex.cfg and /usr/share/texmf/dvips/config/config.ps. I hope there are better ways to do this. I added some einfo lines about this. Regards Sebastian

Hi all, I found a better way to handle the map file. Now we just call "updmap" after the install. This way pdftex will be able to find it, there's no need to edit the system's pdftex.cfg anymore. As for dvips it seems "updmap" works for it, too. But just in case dvips shouts out warnings I added a note that once can simply edit ~/.dvipsrc to get around it. It should be fine now. As for the license I still don't know. I guess "as-is" is appropriate. Regards Sebastian

Oh well, seems updmap wasn't the salvation either. Maybe I'll figure this out later, maybe not.
