JSAP is a java library that allows the developer to parse the command line and automatically get Integers, File paths, and other types instead of just Strings that need to be parsed again. I suggest this library to be added to portage. NOTE: it depends on other libraries (snip and rundoc)

This has been in tree for quite a while. Feels like someone added it without checking for existing m-w bugs...
