First stab at an ebuild

Here is a first stab at at a working ebuild. I have just taken the dependencies from their website, and allowed you to specify the two configure settings with USE flags.

SVG support seems limited at the moment, and I am not sure what the --enable-filters is meant to do.

Only tested on amd64 but no reason it shouldn't work on others.
