It would be nice to able to specify europe.rsync.gentoo.org and get redirected
to a europe based rsync server.

Hey,
that's a pretty nice idea. I asked seemant already and he gave me his ok. But
instead of europe.rsync.gentoo.org, I'll use rsync.eu.gentoo.org..
But that will take at least one week, because before I add the mirrors to the
round-robin I'll test them, so that all damaged servers are fixed. When it is
done klieber will add it to the GWN.
I'll tell you when it is done..

took some time but finally this is done..
now we have rsync.namerica.gentoo.org
rsync.samerica.gentoo.org
rsync.asia.gentoo.org
rsync.europe.gentoo.org and
rsync.au.gentoo.org
and this will be announced in the GWN tomorrow..
