Please mark =quilt-0.45 stable. It's now seven weeks in portage, has no open bugs pending, fixes a minor bug with =quilt-0.42 (QA related) and works fine.

delete.test tries to trigger "permission denied" error by turning off permissions on a directory, so it needs to be run as non-root (root can override the permissions, so the test won't go as expected) If you run the tests as a normal user from the build dir (after allowing the user access to the build dirs of course) then these errors will not occur. marking version 0.45 stable on ppc
then can we at least disable that test in the ebuild?
OK, I decided that quilt needs some more work before it can go stable. Sorry for the bugspam. I'll reopen this bug once I've done the remaining work.
