I know that chrony isn't officially unmasked for ~amd64, but strangely enough 1.21 compiled fine, but 1.21-r1 doesn't.

Fixed ebuild

Please test this one. I think defined(__x86_64__) is correct for your arch.

Looks okay to me. Patched by hand, compiled and I'm now running it. No issues whatsoever.
