alpha 2006.1 is done alpha normal handbook is ready, patches are in #143691

Networkless HBs just went live. Thanks to fox2mike for some advice on that. :)
All arch handbooks are now in place! Still waiting on some stuff from bug 144190, but it's not critical. JoseJX approved the PPC handbook as it was, so that's what went in.
Okay, the old files in handbook/draft/ have been removed. All that's needed now is some feedback from josejx in the next few days on bug 144190.

All right, now that bug 144128 is closed, it's finally time to close this one. Thanks to everyone who participated in the 2006.1 release. (yeah yeah yeah, this a late closure.) :p Fixed in CVS, etc.
