Here is the error that emerging ffmpeg gave me: x264.c: In function 'X264_init': x264.c:151: error: 'struct <anonymous>' has no member named 'b_cbr' make[1]: *** [x264.o] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/var/tmp/portage/ffmpeg-0.4.9_p20060530/work/ffmpeg-0.4.9-p20060530-static/libavcodec' make: *** [lib] Error 2 I also was not able to emerge libquicktime with this. I downgraded to the previous version, and all is well Not really horrific, just thought you might want to know. Maybe this is good for upstream.
