any reason for this? because 0.3.0 is already stable.

We, and I expect a lot of people, lock down twisted revisions because twisted has a penchant for changing APIs pretty significantly.

We started our work on 0.2.0, and will stick to it for the forseeable future.  That version is equally as functional on amd64 as on x86, where it's keyworded for testing.
