Both accents and directories which have accents in them come up as "locked" in konqueror. When clicked on "file ... does not seem to exist anymore" comes up. This causes problems when browsing these files and causes them not to show up in amarok. This bug obviously somehow fell through the cracks somehow, sorry. Do you still have this problem?
I can't reproduce this. Feel free to re-open if this occurs again.
