It looks like there's a problem with libX11.  Try re-emerging x11-libs/libX11.

BTW, why do you have '-falign-functions=4' specified in your CFLAGS?

I cut -falign-functions=4 and re-emerge x11-libs/libX11
and 
emerge mesa and get the same message.

Oh, I see the problem.

Drop "x86" from your USE flags.  That shouldn't be there.
