According to the page for it on http://gentoo-portage.com, autoprofile is believed to only emerge on x86 and ppc. However, by adding the line: x11-plugins/autoprofile * to /etc/portage/package.keywords, I experianced no problems emerging it on amd64. This was just a standard emerge, though I will list my emerge --info print out as well.
