Hello. At some point addtocvs feature stoped working for me. May be I misconfigured something but IIUC the only configuration necessary is cvs and addtocvs to be in FEATURES. The feature is still documented but it seems to have been removed (probably during the manifest2 migration).
The autoaddcvs docs are removed in svn r4618 thanks to a patch from exg.
This has been released in 2.1.2_pre2-r7.
