Screen capturing program that records your screen-activities, supports commentboxes and exports to all video formats. It also acts as a client for the captorials.com website that enables you to share your captured tutorial with users around the world. (it's a KDE application, btw) Well, I have the ebuild for "screenkast" and its library "libinstrudeo" including patches ready, but there are several issues in the lib upstream should take care of first (mainly hardcoded-paths and dependency questions). I'll submit the ebuilds to the gentoo-sunrise overlay as soon as possible.
Attach the ebuild and reopen then. ;)
Created attachment 91445 [details] screenkast-0.1.1.ebuild NOTE: It doesn't compile yet because of some bugs in it's dependency: libinstrudeo. I already contacted upstream and they're solving it.
Done. The dependency is now in bugzilla, too.
Well, is now in gentoo-sunrise, available here: http://gentoo-sunrise.org/svn/reviewed/media-video/screenkast
I've emerged screenkast on amd64 and with krfb it seems to be working.
Created attachment 160055 [details] screenkast-0.1.4.ebuild screenkast-0.1.4.ebuild pulls libinstrudeo-0.1.4.ebuild attached in bug #139855
It looks like screenkast was never ported to KDE4.
