i tried to install dev-perl/XML-Parser but it still failed.

Perl modules are never made as dep as I see. Just install the required module from portage..

yeah, just remerge it .. loooks like a dup of bug# 41124

i remerged XML-Parser but it does not work. i can't reinstall intltool either.
