SimPy (= Simulation in Python) is an object-oriented, process-based discrete-event simulation language based on standard Python.

The Summary field suggests 'dev-lang' for the category.  It is difficult to categorize SimPy, and this comment will be the last I mention it, but 'dev-lang' doesn't seem to be the best fit.  I was thinking 'sci-misc', 'app-misc', or 'dev-python'.  The 'dev-python' category does seem to get the stuff that is written in Python that doesn't fit into other categories, but SimPy might be a good candidate, since at the present time you create the simulation from scratch in Python with SimPy tools.
