After upgrade to gcc-4.1.1 and emerge -e world l2tpd is not compiling

The first error message is :

aaa.c:30: error: static declaration of 'uaddr' follows non-static declaration
aaa.h:51: error: previous declaration of 'uaddr' was here

hmm.. makes no sense to declare static variables in a header file.

The patch submitted by me removes the uaddr declaration from header.
