I realize that perl-cleaner-1.0.4 has only been in the tree for a few days, but it appears that the mirrors have differing copies of 1.0.3, which is cause md5 errors galore (see megabug 134449).I'm open to feedback, but would rather get this fixed for our users soon. Thanks!! And yes, the curse of a perl release is alive and well.
Supposing I was called instead of bsd, we don't stable so we're all set with ~x86-fbsd :)

arm/s390/sh were marked stable by vapier. alpha/ia64 were marked stable by kloeri. mips was marked stable by kumba. All done, marked as FIXED.
