use lib "/usr/lib/site_perl/5.6.1";

^^ for perl version 5.6.1, obviously.  i am not quite sure if there is a way to
have starter script detect the perl version.  but, the ebuild can detect the
perl version and put that line in the /usr/bin/dvdrip with the respective perl
version specified.
