1) This is not a bug with bugzilla itself, so don't report it as such.
2) Your LINGUAS variable is invalid, which is why it doesn't fetch that xpi file.
3) The reason it does (wrongly) try to unpack it is bug #130229.

well okey, looks better in real console than gnome-terminal

i however never set that UTF8 linguas myself. but i did add LINGUAS=sl to /etc/env.d/02locale . and emerged xorg gnome... with wrong 02locale.
