Broken packages include mozilla-firefox (though mozilla-firefox-bin will still work), sylpheed, Abiword, gaim loads then crashes, gftp, logjam, gthumb, gimp starts to load and crashes, emelfm2, porthole, xtraceroute, and mindless automation starts to load and crashes. I tried compiling mozilla-firefox, sylpheed, abiword, logjam, porthole, and emelfm2 again. It didn't help they still crash. The error most seem to be pumping out after crashing is like the following:

The program 'sylpheed' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.
The error was 'BadRequest (invalid request code or no such operation)'.
  (Details: serial 203 error_code 1 request_code 156 minor_code 2)
  (Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
   that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.
   To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line
   option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
   backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.)

The program 'logjam' received an X Window System error.

While I've not tested every x based thing on my system. Most of the other things work. Just certain things no longer seem to run. I did realize after the fact I needed to install rgb seperately. It's in there and I did figure out the slight changes in the config file when X didn't load and threw out an error. X does seem faster. I just wish I could get my email. ;)
