I first only had problems by installing a new stage1-system yesterday at 13.00 (german time).
After a few sync's and trying some others i decide to test upgrading my other systems. On each machine i have the same problem, so i think it should be a bug.

All systems are stage1, gentoo-sources, kernel 2.6.15-gentoo-r1 - ...r6

You also can mail me, if there is more information needed.

Mfg Axel

After removing /usr/portage/distfiles/bash31-010 upgrade works.
I will test it now with the new installation.
I'm wondering why this fails first on all my systems.
