mailwrapper support for mail-mta/qmail-1.03-r16 is broken. The ebuild unconditionally conflicts with any other MTA installed.

I suggest you replace the line

RDEPEND="!virtual/mta

with

RDEPEND="!mailwrapper? ( !virtual/mta )
