QA Notice: the following files contain executable stacks
 Files with executable stacks will not work properly (or at all!)
 on some architectures/operating systems.  A bug should be filed
 at http://bugs.gentoo.org/ to make sure the file is fixed.

(installed from 2005.1 universal CD
 emerge --sync

Every program will give you that warning on alpha. Take a look at

That being said, this a CANTFIX for the moment. I belive vapier removed that check for those arches where it is not relieable.
