I executed the following commands:

emerge --sync
emerge --update --deep --newuse world

The following bug occured:
if /bin/sh ../../libtool --tag=CC --mode=compile i686-pc-linux-gnu-gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I../..    -msse -msse2 -Wall -D_BSD_SOURCE -D_GNU_SOURCE -I../.. -O2 -march=pentium3 -O2 -pipe -MT libsse_la-composite_sse_2pix.lo -MD -MP -MF ".deps/libsse_la-composite_sse_2pix.Tpo" -c -o libsse_la-composite_sse_2pix.lo `test -f 'composite_sse_2pix.c' || echo './'`composite_sse_2pix.c; \

The error message also states; Preprocessed source stored into /var/tmp/portage/liboil-0.3.7/temp/ccgF1FGJ.out file, please attach this to your bugreport.

If this preprocessed source is necessarry I can always forward it.
