Description Konstantin Agouros 2006-02-03 10:00:50 UTC
pam is installed on this box and I even re-emerges pam

emerge openssh ends with:

checking for pam_set_item in -lpam... no
configure: error: *** libpam missing

!!! Please attach the config.log to your bug report:
!!! /var/tmp/portage/openssh-4.2_p1-r1/work/openssh-4.2p1/config.log

!!! ERROR: net-misc/openssh-4.2_p1-r1 failed.
!!! Function econf, Line 495, Exitcode 0
!!! econf failed
!!! If you need support, post the topmost build error, NOT this status message.
