The ebuild for the game Rise of the Triad states, that you just need to copy the game data to some directory in order to play the fullversion. This is wrong, you need to change two values in a file. (It is explained in the docs coming with the shareware version.) I have added some lines to the ebuild in order to get the job done. Emerging with the use flag "fullversion" now enables you to actually play the full version, if you have copied the files to the data dir. I filed this one seperately from #82608, but i am going to incorporate the fullscreen patch soon.

Created attachment 78384 [details] The patched ebuild (This time really working!) Fixed a real stupid typo in the "if use fullscreen" line!
Created attachment 78385 [details] The patched ebuild including fullverion support. Fixed the logic of the postinstall phase. One message for full version and one for the shareware version, to avod confusion (i hope).
this has been fixed since June. I suggest this be closed.
